Always use a carrier oil with essential oils and never apply essential oils undiluted to the skin.  Test yourself for sensitivity by applying your chosen essential oils in a dilution to a small skin area before using on a larger area.

Depending on the consistency of the oils, the drops per ml. will vary. The essential oils are both thin and light weight or thick and heavy weight. i.e.…Patchouli weighs more in less space than Tea-tree.

The concentrations listed below are not research-based and is a suggestion rather than a rule.  The health of the individual, the essential oils being used, and the age of the individuals are important factors.
