Energizing and uplifting. Nice aroma. Do not use lime on the skin in direct sunlight, however if the essential oil of lime is distilled rather that expressed, then it does not have a phototoxic effect.
Himalayan Cedarwood Essential Oil is very similar to Atlas Cedarwood Essential Oil and they can be substituted for one another. Because it grows in the Himalayan Mountains and is considered sacred, this cedarwood is used more to create sacred places and for energetic healing.
This euchalyptus is light, lemony and is a great air freshener and good for clearing the air and killing germs (has anti-staph properties). It is a strong anti-fungal oil, and great for removing the musty smell in basements (especially carpeted basements) and is also recommended as an insect repellant.
This is a calming, soothing oil that has a warming effect on both mind and body. It helps to relieve the miseries of the common cold, including congestion and muscle aches and pains, and is also comforting in times of stress.
Ravensara anisata is from the Bark of the tree and Aromatica is from the leaves. Both are used for clearing the sinus and breathing passages, loosening tight muscles, relieving menstrual discomfort and aches and pains.
From the mint family, Spearmint is similar in action to Peppermint, but has other properties too. Like Peppermint, Spearmint oil is very clearing and makes a good inhalant oil, but it is particularly good at reviving mental fatigue and strengthening negative emotions. Some people prefer the slightly more gentle odour of Spearmint to Peppermint oil....

Unlike the inner bark that features the most renowned essential oil, its waxy green foliage, along with twigs, is the source of another separate oil. Bearing warm and earthy spiciness, cinnamon leaf oil is different from its cinnamon bark counterpart in that it is relatively milder and subtly clove-like, making it more suitable for aromatherapy.
