This kit contains 10ml bottles of the first 5 out of the top 10 essential oils that you can start with.  Start with just this kit or get both, there are no duplicates.  You do need to get a carrier oil and my suggestion would be fractionated coconut oil.  It's light, absorbs easily and doesn't stain clothing or fabric.  Once you have used these oils, got a feel of your likes and dislikes, understand what your purpose for using the oils, you then will start chosing other essential oils and carriers oils to suit your needs.
